VeDA Vestibular Research Travel Award

This annual travel grant established in 2025 is generously funded by VeDA, Vestibular Disorders Association, to promote innovation and excellence in vestibular outcomes research. The award will be awarded to the best abstract submitted in this area of research and selected for oral presentation at the annual ANS Spring meeting.
Submission Information
- The VeDA Travel Award, established by VeDA, (Vestibular Disorders Association) and the American Neurotology Society (ANS), funded by VeDA, may be presented annually at the ANS Spring Meeting.
- The subject should promote innovation and excellence in vestibular outcomes research.
- The author will be expected to attend the Annual ANS Spring Meeting and present the paper in person. Applicants must reside in the United States or Canada.
- The abstract will be reviewed/scored blindly by the ANS Scientific Program Committee and must be selected for ORAL presentation to be considered.
- If applicant's abstract is selected for ORAL presentation and subject of the presentation meets VeDA travel grant requirement (vestibular outcomes research), the abstract will be sent to VeDA Medical advisors for selection/approval of awardee. A yearly award of $1,500 will be given for the selected manuscript.

ANS Administrator, [email protected] by November 30, 2025 to accompany the abstract. (preliminary draft of manuscript acceptable)
- The final manuscript must be submitted electronically in the publication format recommended by Otology & Neurotology, the official journal of the ANS, 4 weeks before meeting.
- The Abstract Submission deadline for the ANS 61st Annual Spring Meeting in Phoenix, AZ on April 24-26, 2026 is 11:59 PM (P.T.) October 22, 2025.
